Some people say to buy only nicotine patches because that's the only ones with any nicotine in it. Well, this is a big lie because nicotine is addictive and will only get worse.
If you're interested in starting to smoke, I recommend that you buy a packet or two. You will have to stick with it for a while. You can quit smoking if you stop smoking nicotine patches, but only after your body becomes adapted to the withdrawal. It can take from 2 to 6 weeks to do that. And your body might still crave nicotine. There are some products that are a mix of nicotine and other substances. These are called "Nicotine Replacement Therapy". But you must stick with these products. Nicotine replacement therapy has some serious side effects. So I cannot recommend it.
1. Nicotine gum, patches and sprays cause heartburn, which is an unpleasant burning sensation in the mouth. 2. These products are addictive and, therefore, people tend to continue using them for a long time. 3. The products are expensive, and they are also expensive to carry. 4. The products are often not effective.
