I'm going to cover one product, one topical, one drug, one over the counter, and then some topical acne remedies. My first product will be one that is highly effective, but I have to warn you about it.
I've seen many people try to buy anti-acne products, but never actually take them. The problem is that many of them don't even bother to read the label, and end up being very disappointed. The problem I'm addressing with this page is that some people are so convinced that their products really work against acne that they actually buy more than they need. The result is that they end up using them for the wrong things. I've read so many people write me that their acne has gotten worse since they started using a product against it, and they're convinced that this is how their acne has become worse. The reason this happens is because they just haven't understood what a product really does to your skin. They haven't read the ingredients in the product carefully enough to know how well it actually works on their skin. These people tend to look down on anyone who uses a product to treat acne.
